When the Covid-19 pandemic started and all instruction went online in Spring 2020, I decided that it might be a fun idea to start a small YouTube channel that has short videos explaining various geologic concepts to supplement the classes I was teaching.
And “Science in 10” was born! Taking concepts like Plate Tectonics, the classification/ properties of different types of rocks and minerals, etc., and covering them in approximately 10 minutes or less.
It turns out that creating these videos was a little too time intensive to do alongside teaching full time, so I haven’t had to chance to add as many as I’d like. But I’m still adding more every so often!
